The Atlantic Canada Tourism Partnership (ACTP) is committed to protecting your privacy.  Information you supply, including your e-mail address, is considered confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of the Atlantic Canada Tourism Partnership without your knowledge or consent.  Any personal information that we ask you to provide via our website is collected in compliance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIPOP) Act. We collect only what is necessary for the operation of the website and the provision of requested materials to you. The information is used only for the purpose it was collected or for a consistent purpose. Further, we keep the information only for the length of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Travel survey information is collected, stored and used only in non-identifying form.

The information you provide is collected to serve you better.  You may wish to receive newsletters and other updates according to your interests.  You may of course at any time opt out of these services.  From time to time, we may invite you to enter contests.  The information collected from participants will also be considered confidential.  The only exception is that contest winners must be publicly identified.  If you prefer not to receive this type of information in the future, just let us know by contacting us (see below) and we will take you off of our mailing list.
